Put 1 pot H2O in the sun oven and 1 pot in direct sun before leaving on a quadricycle ride this morning around 8:30 am. Sun oven is now at 225 F (107.2 C).
At some point I'll put in the frozen birria from TJs with more pulses & grains (and remember the Mexican oregano this time) and make something that should last for 3 or 4 mealtimes. #SolarCooking
