last night we went up to volcanoes national park to say hello to the volcano and see the new eruption.
there were loads of people (they had park rangers directing traffic) and it was chaotic with all the cars, but as always, it was stunning and a privilege to see the lava ❤️

also, there was more steam than i've ever seen before at the volcano! it was coming up through the grass near the visitor center. that would explain the vog we've been having!
