I think the biggest hurdle for a lot of people is just ignoring that inner voice that tells you that you can't do it because you need gear X or you need perfect weather etc.
Just going out and doing it really is what makes it happen. Ironically, I think my best photos are always the ones taken in the worst conditions, pouring rain, fog, snow etc. 😁
