For the past four days, our cable TV has been at best unreliable, but for the most part non-functional. Multiple calls to #Rogers later they actually finally ran some tests and figured out what could be causing it. Now they send out a senior level tech that won't get here for four days. While the family is livid, I'm snickering. This is what happens when a monopoly company operates in a small area.
