But many folks just write it off entirely due to the stigma without realizing where it originated and that there's more than a bit of xenophobia involved.
I only get ocular migraines and was told by my doc it may be a trigger but I've never experienced it after consumption. I'm sorry it is for you, full blown migraines are excruciating and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. I still think it gets way more of a bad rap than it deserves due to folks never questioning why they've been told it's bad all their lives or where it stems from.
