Izzy, Queen of all Microchips, First of Her Name (nprofile…ul3x) Star Wars is a pulp action series, based on space opera serials and old jidaigeki. It's not supposed to be deep. If you are spending time analyzing it, instead of having fun and whooshing around fighter toys, you are in the wrong theatre. I say this as someone who saw Star Wars opening night at age 7, and has had 100s of hours arguing about it.
Andor & Acolyte are bad Star Wars, they violate the premise (and STD & Section 31 are bad Star Trek for the opposite reason).
