It looks like Labour is going to shift the world go public procurement from a system that favours large enterprises ale to navigate complex processes fixated on cost, to one which includes some weighting for 'social value' and will help smaller private forms & social enterprises gain contracts....
This would likely be a good result, not least for localised economic regeneration, but if you think the large public service contract combines will go quietly, think again!
