Let's fact it: The Supreme Court is in the bag for the Trump party. The idea that it needs to consider whether the president is totally above the law is beyond bonkers.

Even assuming (as I do) that the court rules that presidents can't (for example) order a hit team to kill political opponents, this is the delay Trump and his fellow fascists wanted.

For now, he is damn near above the law. Disgusting, terrifying.
