- Introverts
- People with a low tolerance for noise, light and stupid social interactions.
- People who cannot travel due to a disability
- People who live in the outskirts of the city and don't want to travel
- People who live in any city other than where your office is, and cannot or don't want to move
- People who have to take care of a child or a family member
- People who just prefer remote and are valued enough not to make compromises
