If you go to a therapist or psychologist and say anything that indicates you may harm your or others they will place a 5 day hold on you (sending you to the psych ward) where they put various illnesses. After 5 days they do a reevaluation and if they don't think you are well enough they do it again and potentially send you to a longterm treatment.
