I'd agree on the first point; this is very much only an issue for a large, but still partial segment of the workforce.... however, given 'maintained' profits & the forced costs onto worker (via all sorts of measure in flexible working), I think the corporations can afford the expense of retaining offices - as it is if they plan hybrid working well, they can reduce their estate in any case
