I’ve been wearing glasses since about the 6th grade. It’s something I have on my face whenever I’m awake. I used to do contacts but not anymore. Most of my glasses are progressives with readers at the bottom, but I also have a pair of computer glasses specifically for sitting at my desk. This is often an in between space between near sighted and readers.

If money is no object, you can get clear glasses with progressive readers at the bottom, that way you can wear them everywhere.
