Is adoption of hamburgers best achieved by dragging everyone to McDonald's for their first easy burger or is a burger direct from a local rancher the better way to onboard? Assuming you had a vast population where less than 1% of people had tried a burger.
I think it comes down to how you define "best". One way is certainly lower effort, cheaper, and can reach more people faster. But who does it help, and for how long?
