You guys don't think that the dollar or whatever that Reuters/AP/WaPo or whatever tries to charge you for reading after you've reached your "free article limit" is necessary for them to remain in business do you?
Likewise, your subscription does not keep their lights on. Trust me on this. It's ad revenue. Thats how ALL newspapers make money.
