I do think that there's most likely a higher amount of natsocs in Ukraine than in another euro countries (at least proportion/percentage wise compared to the country as a whole)
But I do think the majority that have stuff like tattoos or other symbols are just nationalists for Ukraine that like the aesthetics of Germany's nationalism during Hitler. I could be wrong but that's the impression I get. Am I taking away agency from them in forming their ideology? perhaps...idk.
I think most of them prefer Bandera over Hitler. And also it's worth noting the whole "denazification" bs. It is a stated reason because there is indeed a collection of natsocs in Ukraine, but it's certainly not as overwhelming as claimed.
