Today my #3goodthings are -
1. My PT. I love that we laugh so hard together. I love that I feel safe and invincible with her.
2. Letting go of my perfectionism at the gym. I've gone from "I won't go up a weight until I can do 4 sets of 12 and then I know I'll be able to lift/move the weight", to "This weight is comfy. I'm going to try the next weight and if I get 6 that's ok. Everything else is progression. Maybe I'll be able to transfer that.
3. Waking up and Husbeast being at home.
