In the past, I understand the average person getting a house with some debt, that they pay off in a reasonable timeframe and end up with more net wealth, but everything today is so tremendously skewed that it’s nearly impossible to value anything accurately
For as many of the next few cycles that we can hold sats instead of property, has more of an impact on our future ability to acquire property than I think most of us can imagine (except maybe our friend Mr Jeff Booth (npub1s05…eyhe) - he seems to have a clear picture on this one 😉)
