Kinda seems like half psychotherapy, half spiritual philosophy. A bit too like a religion for my tastes, I'm a bit of a nihilist when it comes to the meaning of life. If life has no meaning, it's up to us to fill that void with whatever we want, ya know? All that said, if it helps someone sleep at night, I got no huge issue with it.
