Software that doesn't need to be updated because it operates in a way that prevents bugs from becoming serious enough security vulnerabilities to be worth bothering.
This is probably true of a lot of mobile apps at this point, depending on what kind of privileges they request. A lot of stuff I get from F-Droid doesn't require any sensitive privileges at all.
#GlobalTalk sidesteps this problem (I think) by only allowing a semi-trusted set of sites to talk on the network. I think that sort of approach could use more exploration.
