Does the whole trial have to play out and then get appealed because of incompetent fantasy judging (or whatever the technical term is)? Or does that invoke a double jeopardy?
A replacement judge would, of course, add delay upon delay while they get going. And does the new judge get to reconsider the replaced judge's decisions on motions?
