Ah, I was wondering why you mentioned the food prep.

I, too, love coooking - and prep is usually my favorite part. (Gives me an excuse to quit early...)

But in high heat - no fun. Here's a reciped for days like that that will get you through:

- 1 bottle of high quality lemonade (I like Simply Lemonade)
- lots of ice

Fill a tall glass with ice. Then fill halfway with lemonade.

Fill the rest of the glass with your favorite Tequila.

Voila! Dinner!
