alright so this week my mom harvested yet another big batch of passion fruit and since we had already given a lot of them to my brothers from the last batch we didn't know what to do with them.
so without any previous knowledge nor experience we tried to make jelly and jam using ALL of the fruit.
surprisingly the results are not only edible but they actually taste great, though the texture is still not as viscous and dense as i'd like it to be so that's something i'll have to fhink about in the future.
now i got like 6 medium sized jars worth of passion fruit jam and jelly
