Something COULD be done along those lines. I am not stating it SHOULD be done, only that there is an opportunity here for improvement.
We are able to evidence that "education" made things far worse, especially for females. We evidently, and beyond the shadow of a doubt, have these mentally ill AWFLs, in the millions.
