Journalists/commentators in NZ say that house prices are "recovering" when they increase.
I think they should say "relapsing"

If I have a fever, I'm recovering when my temperature goes down, and relapsing if it goes up again.

IMO #NZ house prices need to fall a lot further before they have recovered from their current feverish levels.
