Does anyone have any tips for dealing with trauma/CPTSD? The last few weeks have been rough.A few weeks ago I got groped at an event and last week I got gaslit/dismissed by healthcare professional.
All that to say, I once again find myself with huge anxiety, trauma response. Like I'm bad, it's my fault, and no one will believe me anyways, and those thoughts are really painful and sad.
I'm just looking for tips of things I can do as an individual. Therapy is not accessible to me at this time.
