I don't know which people should spend more time in jail, the ones who design an EV to be intentionally, and artificially loud, or the regulators who allow this to happen. Probably the regulators, whose job is to make sure things like these don't happen.

Make no mistake, this is the government saying it's perfectly OK for manufactures to sell vehicles that will inflict pain, physical and mental health issues on people who live where dipshits will drive these things.
