It's also a thinly veiled attempt at encouraging people generally, which is the main reason I chose to share here. There's a lot of negativity out there right now and in the midst of everything, my mind went to the gym journey.
I've got another post coming up that's actually more about the gym and the experience of someone struggling with body issues, though I don't want to oversell that. It's just my experience over the years. Hopefully that one is helpful too.
