Software Patents, so we now also have Patent Clauses in the revised GPL.
And AWS. So we get the aGPL and friends, because people used "run the program as a service and don't actually distribute copies" to get around the GPL.
And of course, a lot of people weren't really interested in the cooperation that the experience of working on Open Source actually is, and used Open Source as a way to kickstart their startup.
