1. Use something like Simplelogin instead of whoring out your main address to anyone who asks. That's probably what caused this.
2. Get a provider with better spam detection. This one clearly isn't it.
3. I agree though. Sats per mail would fix a lot of this, but good luck getting everyone else on board with paying to email you.
