The flight decks reinforced doors are automatically made to equalize pressure if there's a rapid decompression in the passenger cabin, as part of the 9/11 reinforced door measures. There's some panels on there that are supposed to blast off.
Coincidentally it's not noted in the 737's pilots manual.
