Who here likes to cook liver? How can I do things simply to make it as soft as possible?

Baby will start eating solid food soon and I would like liver to be among her earliest foods. I’ve heard it can be tough, though. I’d rather not use my food processor if there’s some magic way of cooking it to be soft.
