Ages ago I worked in the computer department of a huge office building. Our manager was Scottish. We had a weekly meeting where she would tell us what the priorities of the weeks work were, and hand out work.
No one could understand her. After the meeting, we would go back to our work area, and we would all compare notes, and tell each other what we understood.
We could only do about 70% of jobs, the other 30% of stuff, we had no idea what she wanted.
