Made shrimp poboys for a late supper. This remoulade sauce recipe is good, but I think it will be even more impressive after a couple days in the fridge. Next time: more shrimp, less bread. I used "French bread" from Walmart, so squishy crust, not much flavor. Real French bread, with a crunchy crust will be far better. Crispy, fried shrimp would also give more texture.
