If "AI" ends up becoming a mandatory part of dev (web or otherwise) then I'm out. We're still in that hinterland where if the bubble pops soon, practice might revert to something safer, but the longer it goes on, the likelier it is that dev might end up being the lone LLM-in-daily-practice holdout post-bubble, and if that happens then I'm just plain done with dev as a career.
