My hunch is CPUC denying approval would give my employers a competitive advantage in those other locales, and they’d still be in a position to operate its test fleet here, so on a purely personal level, denying approval would probably benefit me more. But I’m not sure I agree that it’s the better course for the city and my neighbors.",
