I find it odd that this article doesn't mention fraud. According to the small, thinly-capitalized insurance companies here in Florida who have DeSantis' ear, it is fraud that is causing our rates to go up. In other words it is the consumers' fault. This government would never mention climate change, the star of this article, or coastal population growth, the golden goose of Florida.
