GNU+ullard (nprofile…u7fh) nprofile1qy2hwumn8ghj7un9d3shjtnddaehgu3wwp6kyqpq8suxpradq6zcl5r5nfhrkzd7lm3lt3fe0ndg5dcmu4gs07779whqwqzw4s (nprofile…zw4s) At least Stallman keeps his free software activism separate from his other activism, and is willing to work with people he disagrees with. For example, Stallman makes it clear that he isn't found of right-libertarians, but that didn't stop him from working with someone like ESR during the early days of the GNU project. Stallman has also appeared on right-wing shows like InfoWars.

Contrast this with someone like Drew DeVault who constantly writes hit-pieces of people he doesn't like on his blog and goes out of his way to make sure they are blacklisted from as many communities as possible. Drew DeVault wants the entire FLOSS movement to cater to his narrow worldview.

I don't like RMS's personal politics, especially his stances on COVID, but at least he knows to keep them separate from the free software movement and the GNU project.
