Combo: two low blocks, one-two punch - 750 reps
Crescent kicks (inside+outside), spinning crescent kicks, roundhouses - 350 each
100 front kicks to get to 1500 kicks overall
Spinning moves are high risk, high reward. Practicing them also acclimates you to dizziness. Is it 100% necessary? Nah. Is it fun? Definitely.
But I'm not about to start doing capoeira. Goodness they're rough on the legs.
