As a #vegan, I did something yesterday that I regret. I ate a pastry that I knew contained milk and eggs. It's been weighing on my mind and I feel pretty bad about it.

Sometimes you just forget or take the easy way out. It's not that I didn't want to, but #stress can make you forget.

For my parents' sake, I've stopped asking them to cook vegan, especially at #Christmas. I don't want them to go out of their way, so I'll at least eat #vegetarian.

Still, I'm not happy about it.
