It's been right at -43 to -44 windchill at 6am every morning, and today it finally got down to -45 windchill in the official 6am Regina weather report, so the school buses are cancelled. Sigh. (It's "up" to -44 windchill again now. -44 is pretty much exactly as terrible as -45. Whatever.)
