After having experienced modern medicine for a few decades as an adult now, I must say, the amount of "we know exactly what's broken in your body right now, but we have no idea why or how to solve it" is rather disappointing.
Yes, we made incredible progress over the last 150 years. But I think a person 150 years from now will probably wonder how we even got to 8 billion humans like this.
