Back in 2003, before the US decided to go bombing into Iraq to depose Saddam Hussein and install a puppet government, I remember that one of the first things that Hussein did in an attempt to destabilize the region was release all violent criminals from Iraqi prisons.
I also remember that many violent offenders were released from US prisons during the start of Covid hysteria.

I was just as sure then as I am now that Hussein and US politicians released them for the same reason.
