The only thing I’ll add, which don’t solve anything but is something to keep in mind, is that people love jumping on complaint wagons and pointing fingers and making demands. It’s easy. It’s habitual. Praising something is more akin to giving something away, rather than demanding something to be received, which is simply not the base nature of people.
