Agreed, partially. YouTube is even more aggressive than the DMCA process if the rights holder registered it with Content ID, will automatically detect registered material upon upload, and will do what the rights holder tells them to (mute, take it down, take their ad revenue, etc)
The lawsuits start if stux files a counterclaim against the party that ordered the DMCA takedown order
