For any theory to be of just, especially when the nature of the phenomenon we are describing is socio-cultural you have to judge it by the behaviours it enables, the consequences.
We have to see behaviour of people who use claims of IQ. Like what is the outcome they hope to achieve & you'll see its mostly just for claiming superiority. There is no utility of a test that ascribes a fixed notion of intelligence other than that.
