I get allergies in the Fall (and the Spring) and a week ago I was sneezing a lot, so when I noticed cheap generic Zyrtec at Aldi I bought some. Took half a tablet before bed a couple nights ago; it didn't help me sleep, but the next day I rode my bike 100 miles and only sneezed once when I got home. Took half a tablet again last night; biked 30 miles in the morning, no sneezing. I'm impressed. Beats Benadryl for allergy symptoms, although not as a sleeping pill.
