We were really hankering to see a hard barrier in our service. Oh maybe we labelled an input badly and now it can't be used at all!

What we found instead was a much more nuanced response from our users which we were not prepared for.

One person said on some days they might use a different assistive technology if they had a flare up in pain but today was fine.
