the obsessive anxiety spirals have been coming back. This is what the sertraline is supposed to help but I feel like it's not as effective anymore. I couldn't get a Dr appointment until 3 weeks, but they recommended I double my dosage so maybe that'll do something.
What I really want is a benzo but who fkin knows
