Well even if a man could get pregnant, their bodies & skeleton are not built for a baby growing & expanding inside of them. I'm not an expert but I imagine it would cause extensive internal damage to the transplated womb's host. Also can you even just put a womb in a dude and "hook it up" and call it a day? Surely it's more complicated then that.

Seriously though just have a test tube baby at that point, you have to be insanely unhinged to even suggest transplanting a womb into a dude instead of alternatives. Nobody HAS to get pregnant. If someone can't get pregnant and wants a kid, they don't demand a new womb, they find viable alternatives to conceive. Or adopt if it really comes down to it.
