If you are using a samsung device and you did not swap out the OS with an open source trustworthy android custom rom. Consider the entire device to be filled with bloatware, spyware, it is completely untrustworthy, and totally compromised in every sense of the word.
I did create a piece of open source software that removes all of the bloatware and spyware as much as possible. I had a samsung device awhile back that I could not run a custom android rom on it. Eventually got fed up and decided to do something about it. The FOSS I made does allow for a pretty smooth vanilla android experience. If you do not mind turning the bixby button into a vestigial tail that will not work anymore that is.
Let me know if you, or anyone else is interested in it. It's just a simple bash script that you run once and is automated via adb when you connect it to your computer.
